One machine doing three jobs in a single pass: front brushes and vacuum lift the dust and debris, the rear mop follows behind. Dry, wet, or both at once, with brush pressure and water flow adjustable to the floor. It maps a site in about half an hour, spots obstacles down to 3 cm, and calls and rides compatible lifts on its own, so a multi-level building does not need someone shadowing it.

The wet-mess machine. A suction squeegee and 24 kPa of suction pull water, mud and spills off the floor and leave it dry behind the robot, which matters anywhere a wet floor is a slip claim waiting to happen. Dual roller brushes scrub, dual side brushes reach the edges, and an enclosed filtration system keeps the waste water tank from turning into a smell problem.

The one that fits where the S100 cannot. It sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and cleans its own tools, switching mode by zone across a single run. At 55 dB it is quiet enough to work around guests, patients and staff rather than waiting for the building to empty, and the wastewater tank lifts out with a strainer so emptying it is a 30 second job.

Dry pickup at a scale hand sweeping cannot match. A 700 mm path and a 35 L bin take fine dust through to leaves, bottles and cans up to 200 × 200 × 60 mm. It navigates on 3D LiDAR indoors and switches to RTK positioning outside, so one machine covers the warehouse floor and the car park deck. A rain sensor sends it to shelter, and the battery hot-swaps rather than tying the machine up on charge.
