Service, support and spare parts
A cleaning robot waiting six weeks on a part from overseas is just an expensive obstacle in your warehouse. Gigabots services, repairs and stocks parts locally.
| Scheduled servicing | Preventative maintenance intervals set around your actual usage, not a generic calendar. |
| Spare parts and consumables | Brushes, squeegee blades, filters, batteries and wear items held locally and supplied on request. |
| Repairs and diagnostics | On-site attendance or workshop repair, with remote diagnostics where the machine supports it. |
| Deployment and mapping | Site mapping, route setup, no-go zones and schedule changes whenever your floor plan changes. |
| Operator training | Included at handover and again whenever your cleaning contractor or facility staff turn over. |
| Run reporting | Area covered, runtime, completion rates and exceptions, so you can prove the service was delivered. |
| Coverage | Based in Cheltenham, Victoria. Single sites and multi-site rollouts across Australia. |
From first call to first autonomous run.
Site assessment
We walk the site or read your floor plans: area, surface, aisle widths, obstacles, lift access, water and charge points, and the hours you can clean.
Free demonstration
We bring the recommended machine to your facility and run it on your floor while your team watches. No cost, no obligation.
Proposal
Machine, commercial option, what is included and what it costs to run. In writing, so you can take it to whoever signs.
Mapping and commissioning
We map the site, set routes, no-go zones and schedules, and sort out charging and water fill points.
Training and handover
Your cleaners and facilities staff learn daily operation, emptying, basic troubleshooting and when to call us.
Ongoing service
Scheduled maintenance, consumables, parts, repairs and run reporting for as long as the machine is on site.
What facility managers ask first.
Will this replace our cleaners?
No. It takes the large-area floor work, the repetitive part that eats hours and is hardest to staff consistently, so your team can spend their shift on amenities, edges and detail work.
Is it safe around staff and customers?
The machines use LiDAR and obstacle detection to slow, stop and route around people, pallets and equipment. During commissioning we set no-go zones and speed limits for your site, and we can restrict operation to after hours.
What happens when it breaks down?
You call us. Parts are held locally and we attend on site or take the machine into our workshop. Under a managed agreement, uptime is our responsibility rather than yours.
Can we try one before committing?
That is what the free demonstration is for. We bring the machine to your facility and run it on your real floor, obstacles and all.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. We are based in Cheltenham, Victoria and support sites and multi-site rollouts across Australia. Tell us where the sites are and we will set out how service would work.
How long until it is running?
It depends on site size and complexity. Once a proposal is signed, mapping and commissioning are usually measured in days. You will get a timeline with the proposal.
